The platform has achieved remarkable results through real-time monitoring, intelligent analysis and early warning management of energy use: in the past five years of operation (as of 2023), the company's comprehensive energy consumption per 10,000 yuan output value has been reduced by 29.6%, and the proportion of renewable energy use has increased by 78%, which fully proves the important role of digital management in energy conservation and emission reduction.

Samsung Electronics (Suzhou) Semiconductor Co., Ltd. has innovatively developed a raw and auxiliary material supplier management system, and systematically improves the green management level of supply chain by forming a professional team to provide suppliers with free technical guidance. Under its promotion, Suzhou Qunce Technology Company, one of Samsung's suppliers, has achieved remarkable results in energy conservation and emission reduction. "In the long-term cooperation with Samsung, our environmental protection capabilities have grown and improved. In 2023, the recycled water volume was 1.24 million tons, the recycled rate reached 51.1%, the weight reduction rate of waste filter elements reached 48%, and the resource recycling efficiency was greatly improved," said the person in charge of the company.

Through green design, China Samsung carries out green procurement, develops collaboratively with suppliers, optimizes processes, shares information, and improves manufacturing level together.
