Material declaration and qualification review
The customer needs to provide basic information such as the type and quantity of items to be destroyed
Review the qualifications of the destruction service provider, including the "Business License for Industry and Commerce", "Hazardous Waste Operation License", "Registration Certificate for Recycling of Renewable Resources" and other licenses
Sign a written destruction agreement, specifying the destruction method, timeline, and division of responsibilities
On site evaluation and plan formulation
Evaluators conduct on-site inspections of storage conditions and safety hazards of items
Develop plans for crushing, melting, and harmless treatment based on the characteristics of the item (such as dangerous goods/ordinary waste)
Classification transportation management
Special containers are used for classification and packaging, and the transportation vehicles are monitored with seals throughout the entire process
Emergency handling equipment and professional escorts are required for the transportation of dangerous goods
Destruction operation specifications
Physical destruction: irreversible decomposition through equipment such as crushers and shearing machines
Chemical treatment: processes such as acid-base neutralization are used for special waste products such as electronic components
Incineration disposal: carried out in a closed incinerator equipped with a tail gas treatment system
Process certification management
Full process video surveillance recording, capturing operation photos at key nodes
The destruction record should include elements such as item batch, processing time, and operator
Delivery of compliance documents
After the destruction is completed, provide a "Destruction Certificate" stamped with the official seal
Submit a video CD of the destruction process and an environmental monitoring report as part of the package
Special scenario supplement:
Classified items need to be subject to a dual monitoring system, and the destruction residue must be disposed of twice
Cross border waste must complete customs declaration and local regulatory department filing procedures
(Note: The above process needs to be dynamically adjusted according to regulations such as the Solid Waste Pollution Prevention and Control Law of the People's Republic of China and the Management Measures for Recycling of Renewable Resources.)
